T.J. Rives

T.J. Rives, a 30-year sports media veteran in Tampa Bay and nationally for SiriusXM, Fox Sports Radio, and Tunein, has seen and covered a wide range of sports. However, basketball, notably college basketball, is perhaps his first love. T.J. is a former Memphis State University alumnus who played with current Tigers coach Penny Hardaway in the early 1990s!

T.J. was also the former radio voice of the University of South Florida Bulls men’s basketball team in Tampa, which was a member of the Big East and is now the American Conference for ten seasons. In his career, he has also been to or worked at 19 Final Fours, with his favorite cities for championships being: New Orleans, Indianapolis and San Antonio.

Mat Cox

Matt is a compulsive collegiate hoops connoisseur. Since 2015, Matt and his fellow Three-Man-Weave comrades have been covering every angle of the college basketball landscape in written, audio, and video form – from the blue bloods to the bottom feeders. After walking away from his analytics consulting day job in 2018, Matt pivoted to full-time college basketball handicapper. He first served as an analyst and understudy to the esteemed Alan Boston and continues to handicap college hoops on a full-time basis.
