Verlander was last seen on Saturday’s Astros victory over the Texas Rangers, where he allowed 6 hits in 6 scoreless innings. The Astros pitcher is leading the league’s ERA rankings and is currently on a 19-scoreless-innings streak, and today he’ll try to keep his numbers as clean as possible against a Seattle Mariners that isn’t looking too hot this season.
