For Kansas City, who stand low as the last place of the AL Central division, the four-game losing streak they are carrying into Chicago for their series against the White Sox is also something that they will definitely be looking into getting rid of as quickly as possible. While they have one of the best hitters in average in the league with Andrew Benintendi, their offense also sits low in the stats lists across the league and their pitching? Well, their pitching staff isn’t doing that much better either in all honesty. For this first game against the Sox, Kansas City will be relying heavily on what Daniel Lynch can do on the mound and what players like the previously mentioned Benintendi and Salvador Perez can bring on offense, all while hoping that Chicago doesn’t find their spark just yet.
