Today they’ll open up a four-game series against the Boston Red Sox, who are currently struggling in the American League East division.
This is the 1st of 4 series in a row that Boston has coming their way against division rivals. Winning this encounter against the Yankees could be a huge turning point in their season, though it’s going to be a really tough challenge.

He is carrying a 3-2 record with a 3.12 ERA and a 1.38 WHIP over 26 innings pitched. Winckowski is not bad at all, in fact, he’s been pretty good this season so far, but he is definitely not Cole.
The Red Sox are starting to pick things back up after a 12-20 start to the season. Yes, they have lost 6 of their last 9, but we can’t deny that Boston is a good team, and they might have just what it takes to beat down a team like the New York Yankees.
