On the other side, Corey Kluber will be the starting pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays, making his 12th appearance so far this season. The 36-year-old right-handed pitcher was throwing for the New York Yankees last season, but now he’s been doing well for the Rays.
Kluber was last seen on Wednesday, when he picked up the win against the St. Louis Cardinals. He allowed 3 runs on 6 hits and 1 walk across 5 innings, which is a reason good enough to feel confident against the New York Yankees, though it will be a much harder challenge than facing the Cardinals.
