The Blue Jays on the other hand are looking to not allow both Cleveland to win again but more importantly to not allow Tampa Bay to get too comfortable in the 2nd spot of the AL East division. After losing two out of three games against the Yankees earlier in the week, last night’s loss against Cleveland didn’t exactly sit very well for the Jays, which is why today it’s go time for Toronto’s offense and especially for pitcher Kevin Gausman. This will be the first time since 2018 that Gausman faces Cleveland, so why not celebrate it with a win? Of course though, Gausman will be needing some great help from Toronto’s offense, but if the offense doesn’t put up on their end of the deal, beating the Guardians might become a harder task than expected.
