This Wednesday night Detroit travels to Boston to take on the Celtics. The Pistons are coming off a win against Oklahoma City and plan to build on that momentum. It is known that their offense has not been the best of the season but it is led by Cunningham, with 21 points and 6 rebounds per game, giving them the 28th place in the league. Boston’s defense is ranked 13th, allowing only 111 points.
Boston will look to extend their winning streak. At the beginning of the season the Celtics had a three-game winning streak but it was ruined by losing three of their next four games. They did have back-to-back wins over Chicago, New York and Memphis.
The Celtics offense is led by Tatum, with an astounding 31 points and 7 rebounds per game. Brown is also adding 24 points and 6 boards. Boston’s offense will have a chance, as they rank 8th scoring 115 points per game, while Detroit’s defense ranks 26th allowing 117.
Detroit has not been very good lately playing away from home, losing all five away games. On the other hand Boston comes in with a three-game winning streak and is led by one of the hottest players in the NBA. Everything looks for the Pistons to have a very tough game.
