The 2-2 Raptors have played in some competitive and interesting games to start the season. They opened their 2022-2023 campaign with a 105-102 home victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Then they lost back-to-back road games to the Miami Heat and Brooklyn Nets by a combined seven points.
The Raptors may not have reigning rookie of the year Scottie Barnes when they take on the Sixers tonight. Barnes was injured in Miami and has already missed one game. If Barnes is out, look for Precious Achiuwa to step up for Toronto. In the Raptors’ last outing against the team that drafted him, Achiuwa put up 10 points and grabbed 22 rebounds.
The Raptors and 76ers are evenly matched teams, and they will likely play a one-possession game tonight in Toronto. The 76ers are the healthier team and have more to play for. Consequently, they’re most likely going to get the win this Wednesday in Toronto.
