The Seton Hall Pirates have a new coach at the helm as Kevin Willard took the job at Maryland after his previous campaign. By his side is one of his former assistants, Shaheen Holloway, who played at the school from 1996-97 through 1999-00.
Last season, Seton Hall took an average of 71.9 points per game on the offensive end of the court, while grabbing an average of 38.5 boards per game and an average of 10.3 assists. Alexis Yetna, Jamir Harris, Tyrese Samuel and Tray Jackson will look to continue their flexibility as they have to contribute on both ends for the team to have success.
Monmouth has been a solid mid program in recent years but this is going to be a transition period for them. Seton Hall lost Bryce Aiken, Myles Cale and Jared Rhoden but bringing in new players like Odukale and Ndefo helps adjust their rotation.
