The Baltimore Ravens are set to take on the New York Jets on Sunday at MetLife Stadium in Week 1 of the 2022 NFL season. Fortunately for them, this Jets team is as deep and talented as we’ve seen in years. The offensive line is a borderline top-10 unit on paper, the skill position group is much improved, and the defense is legitimately excellent at both defensive end and cornerback.
This might be the best time to play the Ravens as they are with a number of players just returning from different injuries. The roster is still a little shorthanded and the Jets will look to take advantage of that. The real question for New York comes down to who starts at quarterback. Head coach Robert Saleh insisted that Zach Wilson still has a chance to play, but it seems more likely that Joe Flacco will suit up against his former team.
