However, Everton have hardly been helped in the build-up by Anthony Gordon indicating he wants to quit for Chelsea for what would be a quite staggering £60 million fee. Brentford won home and away last season and their 1-0 win in London can be seen below. Everton did win the FA Cup meeting 4-1 in Liverpool though.
There are a few key players that we have to keep our eyes on for this match. Ivan Toney has already grabbed two goals this season and is five away from hitting the half century mark for Brentford in what will be his 80th start. Everton ‘s Demarai Gray has scored in each of his last two games for Everton and he’ll give his maximum effort this weekend to make it three-in-a-row.
