Emiliano Buendia took advantage of a Hugo Lloris error to open the scoring, and Douglas Luiz added a 2nd goal in the 73rd minute after a skillful combination between John McGinn and Douglas Luiz. Former Arsenal manager Unai Emery, who won all three of his North London derbies as the Gunners manager, did not lose a single one of his three matches.
Tottenham may have easily taken down Palace 3-0 on Boxing Day 2021, but the Spurs have a dismal home record. The Eagles are unbeaten in four home games against Spurs in all competitions, and they also registered a stunning 3-0 victory over a Nuno Espirito Santo-led squad last season.
