I don’t think that Empoli would want to ruin Atalanta’s chances for absolutely no reason at all, although we all know that teams always like to finish their seasons with a win in their books. We also have to take into account that Empoli has picked up eight points from their last four games against Empoli, it’s safe to say that Andreazzoli’s side won’t have an easy time against them.
Gasperini’s men look in a good position to win their last game of the Serie A season this week. Where it will lead them to a battle for a Europa League spot, although they still depend on the results of other matches. At this point, all Atalanta can do is to just try and take over this game convincingly and just hope for the best.
