He first entered the UFC in 2010 after a successful run on The Ultimate Fighter.
Now facing what is likely his biggest challenge in years, “Bruce Leeroy” has won seven of his past eight bouts inside the octagon. With his career on the upswing, a huge victory this weekend in Singapore may rewrite his fighting legacy.
This matchup has the most intriguing technical aspects of any on the card. Caceres’s unorthodox approach tends to evolve a little with each fight, and Chikadze has some of the finest kicks we’ve seen.
Caceres’s victory over the talented Julian Erosa at the end of last year was another orthodox vs. southpaw duel. Both men, in this stance battle, will be able to focus on using their back hands and legs as major weapons, opening up opportunities for body kicks.
