Still, that’s usually expected from a team that has consistently been one of the better teams in the NL for the past few years. Even after having lost their last game against the Pirates, the Cardinals hold a comfortable lead in the NL Central division standings with two games separating them from Milwaukee, but still, a road win against Boston, could end up feeling like more than a simple win to count, but it can also help the team to continue boosting their status as one of the quiet dark horses in the NL that could end up surprising everyone.
