In the meantime, Indiana’s game versus the Detroit Pistons went just as planned, as the Pacers won 136-113 on Friday. Tyrese Haliburton, who finished with 26 points and 10 assists, and Myles Turner, who finished with 23 points and 10 rebounds, were the main contributors to the Pacers’ victory. After finishing as an All-Star reserve the previous season, Tyrese Haliburton has been performing well enough to be included in the starting lineup the following season. In addition, he is shooting 50.8% from the field and 45.4 percent from the 3-point line, which is a career-best. And when someone comes up to back Haliburton, the Pacers have shown to be difficult to strong. The Pacers would have had a higher win-loss record if someone had been continually backing him. Myles Turner, Bennedict Mathurin, Buddy Hield, and Obi Toppin must step up their game to work as teammates and help to contribute.
