In their prior game, played at home, Milwaukee defeated Atlanta 132-121. Milwaukee had a five-point lead after the first quarter, a four-point lead at the half, and a one-point lead after three quarters against Atlanta. Milwaukee had a 44-40 advantage on the glass and shot an explosive 59.6% from the field, including 14 of 33 from the three-point line. With 32 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists in the victory, Giannis Antetokounmpo guided the Bucks and scored his 36th career triple-double. It is difficult to determine, though, if they have increased their odds of winning another championship, given that their defense is ranked 24th in terms of points surrendered. When Crowder (groin) played his last game on November 11, he had both an abdominal tear and a left adductor injury. At most, he won’t be back until January as he is anticipated to remain off for a minimum of 8 weeks. Jackson Jr. (back) was unable to play, and Connaughton (ankle) had missed the previous 2 games.
