The 22-year-old posts stats of 20.6 points, 2.4 assists, and 35% from three-point range. He has scored more than 20 points in 4 of his previous 5 matches. In the Lakers game on January 19, Thomas finished with 33 points and 4 assists. In contrast, the Nets have had trouble stopping the opposition, having a poor defensive rating of 120.8 during their last 20 games.
