Xander Rice had a great shooting night and carried the charge by scoring a game-high 29 points. Overall, Rice shot 11 of 12 from the field, including 5 of 5 from three-point range. In their pursuit of their 9th victory of the year, the Hawks dominated this game from beginning to end, building a lead of up to 27 points. With 2 consecutive victories to begin conference play, Monmouth is out to a quick start in CAA play. In terms of scoring offense this season, the Hawks rank 226th. Despite ranking 209th in field goal percentage, they shoot an amazing 35th when it comes to 3-pointers made. In terms of 3-point field goals scored per game, the Hawks rank 138th.
