This year, the Wildcats started the season with a 2-2 record, winning against Curry and Brown between the defeats by Syracuse as well as George Washington. Tuesday, New Hampshire defeated Marist in a tough game, 74–71. Sporting 30 boards and 12 assists, the Wildcats fired a solid 48% from the floor in their victory over the Foxes. In their most recent game, New Hampshire defeated Fairfield by a close margin of 3 points once more. At the half, the Wildcats led 37-35 and maintained their lead to win 83-80.
