Leicester still has a chance to secure a spot in the top 7 even though it might be a huge challenge for them considering their upcoming matches.
After their goalless draw game against Aston Villa which is one of the lowest-ranked teams in the league, the team manager Brendan Rodgers said the following: “We started the game with great energy, we worked the ball into really good spaces… we’re just lacking that penetration, that little bit of speed in our play in the final third”. This shows that Rodgers believes that his team is fully capable of taking on stronger teams if they manage to fix their issues in the later parts of the match.
