The Iowa Hawkeyes suffered a setback in their Tournament aspirations last Tuesday, after a 74-68 defeat to Indiana on the road. Throughout the game, Iowa’s offense struggled and they found themselves trailing by 17 points in the first half. Despite this, the Hawkeyes managed to make a comeback and even held a 1 point lead with less than 2 minutes remaining. Tony Perkins played a crucial role in the team’s resurgence, contributing 17 of his 22 points in the second half. Although Iowa briefly held a 2 point advantage at 66-64, they were ultimately defeated by a 10-2 run from the Hoosiers, sealing their loss.
