The Washington Huskies and Texas Longhorns square off in the second game of the pair of NCAA Football Playoff semifinals at the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, Louisiana on January 1st.
Texas won the Big 12 Conference championship and is making its first trip to the NCAA Football Playoff. After defeating Oklahoma State 49-21, the Longhorns improved to 12-1 (8-1), marking their initial season with ten or more wins since 2018.
