Although Torino made strides last year and finished in a respectable mid-table position, they have had a tougher time of it so far this season. Although Ivan Juri will not have been pleased with allowing so many goals, the loss to Milan was probably to be expected. However, the 0-0 tie with Cagliari on opening day was not encouraging.

It’s possible that Juri’s star striker won’t play. A win with several goals scored is possible, however, because this club has more than enough individual quality to consistently reach the back of the net.
It’s possible that Genoa will score the goals they’ve promised. The Grifone look like they could have a rough season, but new forward Mateo Retegui could be a savior. The Genoa forward, who was born in Argentina, has already opened his scoring account with the Italian club. It’s possible he scores again this weekend, even if his team loses.
The Genoa faithful showed up in force on the first day of the club’s return to Serie A and put on a show that was sadly not matched by the team’s performance. However, Genoa’s recent road victory against Lazio suggests the season will be competitive overall.
Torino have not had the ideal start to the new Serie A season, but Ivan Juri should not be too concerned. However, he may be without striker Antonio Sanabria, who suffered a muscle injury against Milan and was forced to leave the game. Substitute: Pietro Pellegri.
Even if he won’t have to, Alberto Gilardino still might try a few different defensive formations before settling on his best XI. Mateo Retegui, a recent acquisition, is expected to be the Grifone’s primary goal scorer this year.
