Although Brit has an admirable takedown percentage, his defense against submission attempts leaves much to be desired; only 29% of submission attempts have been successfully blocked and 3.89 significant strikes per minute were sustained against him.
The winner of this fight should become a top contender in middleweight rankings. Both fighters possess enough skills on both feet to impose themselves, though whoever can establish dominance on one will probably emerge victorious.
This fight promises to be thrilling to watch, with both fighters capable of taking down and holding opponents on the mat for extended periods. Success will hinge on who can capitalize on even minor openings on the ground to quickly submit an opponent and wrap up a submission quickly.
