Two of the most solid teams in the National League this season prepare for what truly promises to be one of the best series of the week in MLB. Nolan Arenado has truly taken over to become the Cardinals main star not only on the field defensively but also at bat with 5 HRs already and a .364 batting average.
Arenado is the kind of player you can build a team around and St. Louis has benefited greatly from bringing him on, which is why the Mets should really be looking at how to keep the Cards 3rd baseman in check if they wish to win. If Arenado gets hot though, and pitcher Miles Mikolas brings the heat, expect great things from the Cardinals today.
