The 28-year-old right handed pitcher Zach Thompson will be the starting pitcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Unfortunately for him, this season hasn’t been going that great, Thompson holds a 2-4 record and a 5.51 ERA. We last saw him against in the Pirates’ game against the Colorado Rockies, where he gave up 4 runs on 7 hits and no walks. If the Pittsburgh Pirates want a real chance to take down the Los Angeles Dodgers, Thompson will have to up the best performance of the season or we might end up seeing the Dodgers scoring many runs.
