This fall, a significant challenge will be presented to the Broncos away from home facing the Huskies. This game will be the first of both team’s 2023 campaign and it’s set to take place on September 2 at Husky Stadium in Seattle, Washington.

The Broncos hope to maintain the momentum they created in Andy Avalos’ 2nd season as head coach, which they finished 8-2. Having QB Taylen Green and the school’s 2 running backs George Holani and Ashton Jeanty coming back, Boise State could have a top-tier rushing attack; the group totaled 2,566 yards on running in 2022.
The Broncos might have among the top attacks in the country if Green can develop his skills as a passer. Late in September, the Texas native took over as the squad’s starter for Hank Bachmeier, and he led the group’s development through the remaining ten games. Green concluded last year with 2,042 passing yards, 14 touchdown passes, 6 interceptions, and 586 rushing yards.
Boise State might pose a challenge to Washington and UCF at the beginning of the campaign if the defense comes together after missing key players. Boise State might attempt to win the Group of Five’s New Year’s Six Bowl.
