On the other hand, the Pittsburgh Steelers were able to get their first 30-point game since Week 11 of the 2021-22 season, but it’s definitely not expected for that to happen again on Monday.
Even though Pittsburgh recently lost 37-30 to the Cincinnati Bengals, it’s going to be very unlikely to expect a high-scoring showoff next Monday. In fact, this could prove to be a downright bore fest. The Steelers offense got better and went from 31st to 28th in the league’s scoring since the bye week, however, the Steelers and the Colts were the last two teams in this department just a short two weeks before.
Even though Kenny Pickett looks to be walking in the right path, dominant performance from the rookie in Week 12 against a stout defense that allows just 20 points per game on the season is something that’s definitely not expected.
However, it’s possible for the Steelers to win this game. It’ll be difficult but not impossible. After having defense humiliated back in Week 11, T.J. Watt and the rest of the squad will definitely turn up the intensity against the Colts. The Colts do not want to be the team that the Steelers wake up against.
