Detroit was down the Bears by as much as twelve points, but the Lions’ abundance of offensive weapons allowed them to mount a strong comeback. This season, it was the first time a team had won after falling behind by ten or more points in the last 4 minutes. As of Sunday, teams were 0-83 in such situations. Jared Goff threw three interceptions while the Lions mishandled the ball four times. The Lions are averaging 27.2 points per game against 22.9 points allowed. When it comes to passing and rushing yards per game, their offense is ranked 5th and Detroit has a strong rushing duo with David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs, as they have been strong at running the ball; Montgomery, the more seasoned player, currently leads with 577 yards and eight touchdowns.
