Maybe this squad will pick up some steam after Kyler returns, but as of this moment, they are validating everyone’s previous assumptions that they stand at least a score below the typical NFL club when playing on a neutral field. The Cardinals would’ve been sporting the poorest record in the NFL if they hadn’t defeated the Dallas Cowboys 28-16 in Week 3, in a shocking fashion to many. They now own the second lowest record in the league.
On Sunday, Baltimore hosted the 5-1 Lions, and they prevailed before halftime. Definitely an important victory for the Ravens and Lamar Jackson. Lamar performed admirably. With 3 touchdown throws, a successful touchdown run, and 357 yards, he completed 21 of 27 passes. After scoring early in the 3rd quarter, Baltimore led 38-0 at the half and went on to win 38-6. Everything Detroit achieved properly occurred throughout the period from the first half’s two-minute warning onward. The Ravens should now be considered a serious threat for the championship after this outstanding effort on all fronts.
